We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Downloadable products or digital items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@outdoorequipmentonline.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost in full
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To request an exchange, contact us at info@outdoorequipmentonline.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@outdoorequipmentonline.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary
  • If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@outdoorequipmentonline.com

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and standard return procedures will apply. To cancel, email info@outdoorequipmentonline.com as soon as possible with your order number.
